What is Reiki?
Reiki is a natural healing and stress reduction technique that balances, aligns, and harmonizes the Mind, Body, and Spirit. Reiki is Spiritually Guided Life Force Energy; Chi Energy. During a session, I channel this Life Force Energy to heal, balance and align the chakras (energy centers) and aura. Reiki provides a deep state of meditative relaxation, accelerating the body's self-healing abilities and offering a multitude of Mental, Physical, and Spiritual benefits.
